During the month of October, Shaina Sternhell took a humble step to support breast cancer awareness, even though this cause hasn’t directly affected her family. Her story exemplifies the beauty of small gestures and the impact they can have.
Teddy Gargano, a 2023 Henrik Lundqvist Foundation Young Ambassador, decided to make an impact by dedicating his independent service project towards mental health awareness and the familiarization of the newly revised Suicide and Crisis Lifeline three-digit number, 988.
Charlotte raised a total of $1,300 for the hospital. A portion of the funds went to carefully purchasing the children’s most requested items, which were later shipped to the hospital.

A special surprise for the Baughman family from the NYR. The family was gifted, $10,000, on behalf of Chase and the New York Rangers and Henrik also surprised them and had a signed new jersey for them. The whole family was also able to meet Mika Zibanejad following the game as well.
