In early April, HLF co-founder Henrik Lundqvist, alongside several New York Rangers alumni, participated in the 31st annual “Skate with the Greats” event benefiting Ronald McDonald House New York. This remarkable event featured several highlights, including the 4th Annual Rod Gilbert Memorial Hockey Game, a heartfelt story shared by Emanuel’s family, a showcase by the NY Rangers Sled Skaters team, and outstanding emceeing by Sam Rosen. The fundraiser successfully raised over $720,000 in support of Ronald McDonald House New York.
The following day, Henrik Lundqvist joined representatives from RBC and Ronald McDonald House New York at the New York Stock Exchange to ring the opening bell. This special occasion helped raise awareness of the House’s extraordinary work and celebrated the success of the fundraising efforts.
