HLF Young Ambassador Jillian Wexler raised funds for the New York Children’s Presbyterian Hospital by hosting the “Skate for a Cause” event at Princeton Day School in Princeton, New Jersey
Natalie Kennedy, senior at Immaculate High receives the $25,000 Inspire Scholarship from the Garden of Dreams Foundation. Kennedy will attend Sacred Heart in the fall, entering the school’s honors nursing program and playing hockey.
Henrik is a finalist for this year’s King Clancy Memorial Trophy. Through his work with the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation and as the official spokesperson for the Garden of Dreams Foundation, Henrik has helped make a positive impact on children and families in our community and across the world.

In November 2018 Henrik and Connor met at GMA. Henrik and HLF together with NYR and GMA invited Connor back for a unique experience in January of 2019. The days included ice-practice with Henrik, a NYR game night experience and post-game meet and greet in the locker-room at MSG.
We asked our Young Ambassadors to collect crayons for the Crayon Initiative and through all of her hard work, Sarah Keane was able to collect thousands of crayons that will be melted and given to hospitalized children.
On January 16, 2019, HLF hosted a 2nd ice-skating event with CHASE at the Madison Square Garden. Guests were invited for dinner, a Q&A hosted by Bill Pidto and ice-skating at the world’s most famous arena together with Henrik Lundqvist. NYR’s Mika Zibanejad brought the event to another level with his DJ skills.
