On Sunday March 24th members of the 2024 HLF Young Ambassadors class and several YA Alumni Mentors paid a visit to Ronald McDonald House (RMH) NYC to help throw a spring festival for all of the children and their families!
The Easter and Spring celebration, planned by YAs alongside the RMH staff included a number of fun spring activities such as egg decorating, cupcake decorating, plant pot decorating, spring themed ring toss, and egg basket decorating. The baskets made were used in the egg hunt where the “special eggs” were hunted for in order to earn a prize!
The event was a great way to brighten the days of kids in the Ronald McDonald House, and celebrate the start of spring!
