Since the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation’s inception in 2014, we have partnered with the Garden of Dreams Foundation to send 1,530 children and their families to Rangers’ games as well as NY Knicks games, MSG concerts, and performances by the Rockettes. This season was no exception. For four separate game nights, 68 Garden of Dreams Foundation children and their families enjoyed a night in ‘Henrik’s Crease’ – sitting in a suite at the “world’s most famous arena” while watching the NY Rangers and enjoying arena treats.
Some years our HLF Young Ambassadors choose to fundraise for the Garden of Dreams Foundation and this year we would like to highlight the independent service projects of James Griffin (2023 YA) & Angelo Amodeo (2022). YA Independent Service Projects are fully planned and executed by our ambassadors with the support and mentorship of HLF. The YA’s hard work and fundraising made a big difference to this year’s grant.
