HLFYA Lauren knows the importance of basic necessities. Lauren raised funds for non-perishable food items and collected second-hand clothing from family and friends. Her efforts totaled three carloads of goods for The Inn in Hempstead, a non-profit organization that addresses the issues of hunger and homelessness on Long Island by providing food, shelter, and clothing to those in need.The HLF Young Ambassadors program helps young men and women realize their incredible power to make a difference in the world.
